Die Casting
Die Casting is an efficient and cost effective manufacturing process that can allow for a very broad range of geometrical shaped parts to be manufactured from Aluminum, Magnesium and Zinc. The die casting process also allows for a higher degree of dimensional stability over other casting processes. The Die Casting process produces very durable and heat resistant parts that are often stronger than plastic injection molded parts having the same dimensions. Thin wall Die Cast parts can have a smooth or textured finish similar to plastic injection molded parts and can be easily Plated, Anodized, and Powder Coated.
